Two-room apartment (49 units, with 2 or 2 + 1 beds) have an interior surface of 23,30 or 27,50 m2. They are composed by a dining room – with a kitchenette (two heating pads), a little sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with hydro massage shower cabin, and a little accessory balcony.
Three-room apartments (44 units, with 4 + 1 beds) have an interior surface which can vary from 38,50 to 49, 69 m2 and are composed by a living room – with a kitchenette kitchenette (two heating pads), a little sofa, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with hydro massage shower cabin, small accessory area.
Various services complete the offer of the Residence: day-time, evening and sports entertainment; a private bathing establishment on an indented coastline; shuttle and security services, the second one is active h24.
